I made a reservation, but when I arrived in the city I was told there were no rooms available.

Nothing, everything was filthy. They claimed it was because they had a 15‑year‑old guest the night before, but that’s unfair since I was charged the same. On the first day I arrived, there was no staff to let me in, so I had to wait outside with my son and luggage. When I finally entered, they said the pool would open in the afternoon, but that was a lie. Everything was dirty. The pool was in bad condition, the room and surroundings were full of ants and insects, covered in dust and dirt, with no mopping or sweeping. The pool was dirty with leaves and dirt, and we could never use it because it was filthy.

The pool and green surroundings were nice. The bathroom had no water, the room was cramped, the pillows were uncomfortable, and the host was uninterested.

The owners are very available, attentive, and very friendly! The accommodation is good quality, the price reasonable, and it’s close to shops and the center of Tingo María. Recommended! Nothing particular.
