The breakfasts were super, available at any time, and the kitchen is open 24 hours with a kettle and microwave. The location is close to the station and city centre, and there’s a stop right under the house. The view of the volcano from the room is amazing!

The place was clean and had a lift. The area is rather unsafe, with migrants hanging around. The host ignored the internet issue—she gave a password and instructions in a message, then later claimed there was no access at all to avoid responsibility. Breakfast was just cereal with milk. The sink in the bathroom was clogged.
