Staff was nice. I arrive 2 hours early for check in and desk girl tells me it's 1000 peso and hour for early check in.The Air Con in my room was leaking alot from ceiling to floor and you can see where they keep patching the ceiling.Every time you take a shower it floods into the toilet room.They leave drinks in the fridge and don't tell you it's complimentary and if you take one they Over Charge you at check out for every single drink you take.They have rules that if you stain the sheets they will charge you to replace sheets so god forbid you have a pimple on your face while sleeping and it pops or god forbid your skin touches the sheets at all.I see another review that they charged 6300 peso to a previous guest for stain bed sheet.The breakfast was lack of flavor and variety. I ended up checking out 1 day early because i was very disappointed with the service and went to another hotel.I will Never Return and I would Never Recommend this hotel to anybody.Go to Henann Lagoon for better service and more friendly staff. If checkin girl explain to me already about don't stain sheets why she not tell me don't drink the drinks in fridge ??? Many Tiles inside pool are chipped and breaking
