The reception had a super friendly approach, everything was exactly as it should be, thank you.

The staff were very kind and accommodating, and their attitude made up for any minor imperfections. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of pastries, but none were fresh. Sometimes less is more.

I keep coming back to this hotel and every time I’m very pleased with how the staff treats me; even though locals in Piešťany might be hesitant to visit, I’m always warmly welcomed and the price‑performance ratio is unmatched by any other hotel in the city so far. Everything was fine.
