It was clean, but the bed was the hardest, most uncomfortable mattress we’ve slept on.

The location was a real advantage for me, absolutely convenient! The only downside was the absence of a coffee maker; there was a kettle with two packs of instant coffee, but a proper coffee maker would have been much better.
