The hotel was excellent and I highly recommend it! We stayed at Ibis Aktobe and were completely thrilled. The rooms were clean and cozy, but the service and kitchen stood out the most. The on‑site restaurant served wonderful food, especially the homemade dumplings—truly a masterpiece, definitely worth trying. I also want to thank the staff, especially the guy at reception named Temirlan. He was very pleasant, polite, and helpful, greeting us with a smile, processing everything quickly, and answering all our questions. With such a welcoming attitude, I’ll keep coming back!

I loved the location, but the rooms felt old with peeling walls and dented doors, and the price didn’t match the quality of the service or the condition of the rooms.
