The property was kept to a high standard, the hostess was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The bed was large and comfortable, and the breakfast was brilliant; there was nothing I didn’t like.

We adored our stay at this charming, quaint, and cosy inn. The lounge with a fireplace and games was wonderful, and the staff were excellent; I highly recommend it.

The beautiful old coaching inn was very well preserved, and we loved our sweet twin room under the eaves. The colours and decor throughout were lovely and thoughtfully chosen. The room was comfortable, and the separate bathroom gave us privacy as two friends. The staff were friendly and we had a nice chat about the Hay festival and area when checking out. We would definitely return on our next visit to Hay on Wye.
