The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Apparent staff shortages caused slightly longer wait times for dinner at times.

Breakfast was beautifully presented and varied, with plenty of space in the dining area where an evening drink could be enjoyed in a relaxed atmosphere; every staff member was very friendly and helpful. However, the shower space was very cramped, and because our room was above the kitchen, an unpleasant odor lingered in the evenings.

First and foremost, a big shout‑out to the hotel team—every employee’s friendliness and attentiveness are remarkable, and the service offered here is unparalleled. Big well‑known hotels could learn a lot from this place. We stayed in a room right over the entrance, so it faced the street, but that didn’t bother us since we were rarely in the room during the day and kept the windows closed at night because of the weather. The beach and water are essentially across the street, and the stops for the free public transport with the guest card are just a few steps away. We had a wonderfully relaxing week, will definitely recommend the hotel, and would love to return. Those traveling in summer might miss a refrigerator or window screens, but that wasn’t an issue for us during our stay.

Very friendly, everything was clean, good location, but a small refrigerator was missing.

The staff were incredibly friendly, genuinely heartfelt, and there is a bike storage area with a charging station for e‑bikes. The location is good, and I can't think of any negatives.
