The spot is right next to a bunch of restaurants and just a short walk from the wet market and the harbor, and the bar at night serves pretty good cocktails.

The breakfast was tasty, but the housekeeping room on the second floor was noisy.

The housekeeping was fine, but the front desk staff clearly need customer‑service training; they were inattentive, lazy, and totally unresponsive to what guests needed. I was very disappointed. On the morning of check‑out, two phone calls woke me up early—one I ignored to stay positive, but the second came just a few minutes later. When I called back to report the disturbance, the staff member asked where the call was from and demanded to know my identity. I thought I’d dialed the wrong number at first, but the person confirmed they were indeed the front office. I’ve never seen such unprofessional behaviour at any other hotel. Instead of saying they didn’t know what happened and couldn’t do anything, they should have apologized and promised to investigate. I really hope management reads this and fixes the front office. I rarely write reviews, but this incident left me deeply disappointed.
