The overall service was excellent. The reception staff were always ready to help with any issue, even those unrelated to the hotel, and they did everything possible to find a solution. The rest of the service—at the restaurants, bars, and pools—was impeccable throughout the property. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of restaurants to choose from. The hotel was amazing; there was nothing to improve about our experience—it was all 10.

“Lovely stay, but room for improvement”

The pool and facilities were great, and the room, though a little dated and worn, was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast, however, was chaotic: the service was messy and slow, the food was lukewarm and didn’t taste fresh. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, with a seam down the middle. Paying extra for spa facilities, padel/tennis courts, and Bali beds seemed a bit much when you’re already paying for the premium red‑level experience. I would have expected a complimentary drink service or a bar by the red‑level pool instead of having to walk down stairs to the dining area for this.

The hotel is superb, the room is superb, the staff are very available, and the organization is perfect and friendly. Everything is top. One anecdote: we decided to take a midnight dip in one of the huge pools opposite the room. A staff member came over— we thought we’d get kicked out—just to ask if we wanted towels. :)

“Volveré sin duda”

My sister and I stayed in the Red Level area and the experience was simply wonderful. The staff were warm and attentive, making us feel right at home, and the many restaurants available let us enjoy superb meals. The buffet offered a wide selection of drinks, sweets and more, and the setting was lovely, especially the little tables by the lake which felt luxurious. The facilities impressed us, from the spectacular hydro‑massage bathtub to the comfy bed—everything! The four days flew by and we’ll definitely return; this has become our favourite hotel. I want to thank the whole team for their impeccable service, with a special shout‑out to Salvador, the team director who made sure we were comfortable and proved to be both a great professional and a wonderful person, as well as Cindy, Nacho Mendoza from the kitchen (always advising us with a smile), Fernanda, Pablo and everyone else. Excellent Red Level service. The room with a hot tub needs some renewal.
