The building is really beautiful, all services are easily reachable and available, the staff is very kind and always ready to help. The price is fair for a 4‑star hotel, the restaurant is very high‑level with a wide menu and a well‑stocked wine cellar. Some rooms lack a bidet, which is quite inconvenient. 😳

I stayed here for three days while visiting the nearby Centro Sauna Cron4, so I didn’t use many of the hotel’s facilities. The welcome was great, the attic room was spacious and the bed super comfy. Breakfast was really superb, varied and delicious. We dined at the hotel only once, and the food was well prepared with generous portions.

Struttura non troppo grande. Camere grandi e ben rifinite. Ottimo ristorante , con prodotti di qualità e vari. Colazione molto varia. Costi delle bevande eccessivi. Non è possibile pagare 4€ per una bottiglia da 1/2 litro! E non è presente l acqua in caraffa, oltre tutto acqua delle alpi buonissima!. Migliorabile la frutta fresca
