Good location for Three Arena. Not the most modern hotel and the noise from people just walking around upstairs was annoying (not the people walking about fault, just noise travelled down very easily)

The attached pub is the best feature of the hotel. It’s a bit far from the most touristy and busy area, and the proximity to a hostel visited by many homeless people makes the walk back to the hotel not very peaceful.

The staff were friendly, free luggage storage, breakfast was great, and the Halloween decorations were beautiful. However, there was no hair dryer and the bathroom floor wasn’t clean.

The hotel is great, right outside is the Luas, the staff are friendly and the rooms are comfy. The only downside was no hot water in the morning for a shower 😅, but we still enjoyed our stay and hope next time there’s hot water.
