It felt like a family holiday; every staff member was incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful—from the manager to the housekeeping. The food was lovingly prepared, the breakfast superb, the seaside location perfect, and the heated outdoor pool was a bonus. We felt very comfortable there. A special shout‑out to Kasia and Dana, who were so kind and warm; we miss them a bit, but we also want to greet everyone else nicely. The only thing that bothered us slightly was the air‑conditioning, which seemed to be set to winter mode; as a result, the windows were left open at night and mosquitoes came in. We never expected so many families with small children to be there, but that’s just high‑level whining.
