The place was very clean, and the staff were very kind. The tourist tax was particularly high.

The block of rooms has a communal kitchen, and the host was incredibly caring and helpful when I called her after struggling with the self‑check‑in because New Zealand wasn’t listed as an option on the website. The building itself is hard to locate: a set of large wooden doors with a tiny sign marks the property, but the doctors’ offices next door have much bigger advertising, and online booking was tricky since I couldn’t register my home country, a problem that seems common with several booking portals.

The bed was comfortable, the location was great, and the shared space was excellent. The only downside was the lack of wine glasses.

Riesige Gemeinschaftsküche mit Bereichen für alle Zimmer im Kühlschrank. Sehr sauber, groß und ruhig gelegen. Check in problemlos und auch die digitale Türöffnung ist sehr konfortabel. Lage ist ruhig, die Straße führt direkt ins Zentrum - Bologna ist halt groß, daher geht man ein paar Minuten :-). Für mich persönlich waren die Betten zu weich - meine Frau hat sie geliebt :-) Wichtig: NICHT durchgelegen, einfach nur weicher als ich es mag - die Matratzen waren in sehr guten Zustand. Gut geschlafen haben wir beide
