The accommodation was in an excellent location, spacious, beautiful, and we stayed as a family of four – it was delightful! The beds were cozy, housekeeping came daily, and the washer was a real help. Every day they left water for us. Patrick greeted us warmly! I liked everything – a fantastic stay!

The spot was great, right next to the Vatican and all the main sights, beside the river and near the bridge – perfect for walking around Rome. The apartment was large and exceptionally clean. The host was very friendly and met us even though we arrived late. Check‑in was smooth, and they arranged a taxi from the airport. We couldn’t get a later check‑out, but we could leave our luggage there for the day. The biggest drawback was the noise. Rome is busy, but getting a good night’s sleep was hard. Without noise‑cancelling headphones we’d have been drained for daytime exploring. The rooms look renovated, but this deluxe apartment is only partially updated, and that’s obvious. The price should be lower. Noise came from inside and outside the building. The elevator beeped loudly each time it was used, there was machinery noise from the street all night and day, and ambulances seemed to pass constantly. There was almost no peace or quiet. Other reviews called the location quiet, so maybe it depends on which apartment or which side of the building you stay in. The windows were old and gave no soundproofing, the same with the entrance door. We could hear people walking past, slamming doors, and talking in the hallway as if they were in the apartment with us. We paid €80 directly to the taxi driver for the airport transfer.
