“Wonderful experience”
The hotel's prime location and convenient pick and drop facility were definite positives during my stay. However, I was disappointed by the absence of an elevator and found the room prices to be quite high, which made it a bit of a drawback.
“Never Again Here”
While the hotel's location was a redeeming quality, it was overshadowed by the terrible behavior of the staff, lack of backup power, and the hotel coordinator's unprofessional behavior of smoking at the desk. To make matters worse, the hammering work that went on till 9:30 pm was extremely frustrating and the staff's refusal to stop it when asked was unacceptable.
The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating, which made my stay much more enjoyable. However, I was disappointed by the lack of hot water at the showerhead, which was only available at the faucet.
I must admit that my stay at this hotel was disappointing, primarily due to the lack of food service, which made it inconvenient for me. The hotel's overall quality didn't meet my expectations, and I found it to be subpar.
Although the hotel has made some improvements, such as adding visible glass, I was still not satisfied with the quality of the window and the cartoon. Furthermore, the water supply was also a major issue during my stay.
