The hotel sits in the city centre, parking is available but must be booked (€8). The staff are very pleasant and professional, and the room is quiet and clean. The shower needs fixing: the big shower head is cracked and all the jets are limescaled.

Everything was perfect! The entrance is on the side street, not the one indicated, which can be confusing.

The location is great, and the reception is just around the corner – you have to know that. The lady at the front desk was very friendly, and there’s a parking garage. The building was once a monastery, which is still noticeable, and you can even climb the tower. Our room was lovingly furnished and very spacious. The windows can be darkened with large folding blinds. Breakfast is arranged with a nearby bakery where you get a discount. We really liked it! The reception is not at the address listed, but otherwise everything was great.

“Convento histórico en el corazón de Narbona”

The spot of the hotel, the whole story of the building they told us when we arrived, the decor and the comfort of the room were great, but the toilet is too high and you can't reach the floor with your feet.
