The staff were helpful and friendly, but the room was too small for two people, and the bathroom area is separated by a thin glass layer. Technically it’s a hotel room with a bedroom and a bathroom. There’s no laundry service; you have to do it a couple of streets away.

The room was clean and the staff kept it tidy for consecutive stays. The sink’s drainage hole was clogged, causing water to back up, so I had to scoop it out with a cup. On the second day the hole was clear and it drained normally.

Close to the station, the bed was comfortable, and everything was very clean. The staff were not friendly at all and offered no information. The room photo showed six plump pillows, but we had three flat pillows; when we asked for more, we were given two, and when we asked for three the staff said only two extra were allowed per room. The main issue was that we were on the 14th floor and there was a huge crack across the glass in the window, which was taped to hold it in place.

The hotel is close to the train station, but the room faces a wide boulevard, so it can get a bit noisy.

The room was comfortable, though a bit more light in the bathroom would have helped; breakfast was simple but adequate. The reception felt impersonal.
