Everything was simply wonderful, except the fact that the website advertised a sauna. We were looking forward to it for our overnight stay, only to be told we’d have to sign up. That was very frustrating and dampened the overall mood of the stay—quite a pity.

The breakfast and the staff at breakfast were very friendly, but the room was obviously not what we had booked. Additionally, the wall was covered in black patches that looked like moisture damage, and everything felt dated.

The breakfast was amazing and the terrace right by the room was a nice touch, but the wellness facilities could use some improvement.

Everything about the stay was spot on: the location, the rooms—especially the tower room—service, equipment, friendliness, cleanliness, the attention to detail (and the polar bear) all matched. The breakfast stood out as a major highlight. All in all, I would recommend it 100%.
