The entrance was good, but the pool area felt cramped; the hammocks were stuck together so you couldn't relax comfortably, plus people would reserve hammocks that weren't even in the pool and there were only a few umbrellas.

Clean, but the room was very basic with a small TV and no safe, and the payment was odd. Everything was too simple and basic; we asked to pay more for a better room but none were available, so the room is the worst part of the hotel.

The food was good, but I didn't like the old bathroom in the room, felt a bit prejudiced treatment from one of the reception girls, overall it was a bad experience and I wouldn't return or recommend this place.

The staff and cleaning were solid, yet the terrace was noisy at night, the sink had a leaking faucet that dripped all night, the self‑service was mediocre except for a decent breakfast, and I didn’t like being charged 2.40€ for a drink when I had all‑inclusive; that feels excessive.
