The sleep was good and the breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options. We stayed in the garden room and brought our little Westie with us. Free parking was available on the road outside. The room had everything needed, and the owners were very accommodating after our first booking attempt failed. We used the stay as a base to visit Sherwood Forest and shop at the outlet mall. It was a lovely weekend, thanks.

The décor is beautiful and stylish, blending elegance, period features, and modern touches perfectly. The hosts are very welcoming, attentive, and kind. The location is great on a leafy street near several nice restaurants. Breakfast was tasty, and it was a lovely touch that the tables were set with quality tableware and cutlery. This place is an absolute gem, ideal for couples wanting a break from hectic modern life. As soon as you walk in you relax! We both loved it. It was excellent, thanks again.

The building is full of personality, the decor fits that vibe, the furnishings carry an Edwardian feel, and the owners clearly have a good eye for quality—plus the two dogs are fantastic. Everything else was perfect, so I couldn't find anything to criticize.
