Vicenzo’s hotel is perfect and very well located; we always felt comfortable and at ease, and they paid special attention to my little boy in great detail. If we ever return to Como, we would choose them again. We did encounter some noise issues with other guests due to my child during normal hours, but I want to clarify that the responsibility lies with me, and Vicenzo, as the owner, always cared for all guests.
