The location was good, but the space felt cramped.

The staff were attentive, kind, and the location was good. We didn’t have hot water.

They gave me the worst room, not comfortable at all, no air conditioning, and they said it was the only one available— I paid for a hotel that should be more comfortable! There was no air, I didn't like the bathroom, and the staff was poorly attended.
