“Excelente ubicación, limpieza y servicio.”

The hotel’s location is excellent, the rooms are very clean and cozy, a hot coffee was always available, and Nana’s service was excellent from start to finish. We’ll come back!

Everything you could need was there, so I had no complaints; we spent three days and slept comfortably, were close to everything, and the service was very good. If they added at least breakfasts, it would be in another category, but perhaps because of the logistics of running the hotel and the supermarket on the first floor it’s hard for them to provide that service. I would come back if I ever need to go to Constanza again.

“Se resolvió la estadía pero no me volvería a quedar alli.”

The location was convenient because I was there to participate in a race, but I couldn’t rest due to external noise and arguments among other guests that could be heard right in our room. The common areas were very deteriorated and poorly attended; the common floors weren’t clean and the reception was the same. I understand that in these times there are ways to make spaces more pleasant.

The room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. It had everything necessary for a satisfying stay.
