The location is great, just steps from everything, but the street and the building itself are very ugly, poorly maintained, and dirty. The street is cluttered with mattresses and unpleasant people, the building is badly kept, smelly, especially in the elevator.

Nothing positive. The reception was absent, the building conditions were poor, the entrance was tiny and you can’t fit a suitcase in, the environment felt depressing, there was only one set of keys, and they lied about us not showing up.

The location is great, but the side‑street entrance is a hassle and there were no comforters, just a linen sheet.

Being smack‑in the middle of town was perfect, and the staff were friendly and energetic, but the mattress was awful—my back pain got ten times worse, it was too soft and sagged in the middle, I couldn't sleep, woke up in agony, had to take painkillers, and had to watch my step on the slippery floor outside. I was not impressed and very disappointed.

The place is spot on, spotless, and the staff are wonderful; I’ll definitely return next time I’m in Napoli.
