Nothing The treatment was terrible for a mixed Egyptian‑foreign couple; they wouldn’t accept our request even though we told them we had an appointment to get married that week. They ruined our stay, assigned us to different rooms than we booked, claiming the rooms were booked on another platform, and didn’t let us stay on the same floor. They forced us to move to separate floors and book two separate rooms.

The rooms and the inside of the hotel were very clean and nice, the staff were sweet and polite and helped us a lot, but the hotel entrance was problematic—there was no sign at the door and because there was no elevator we had to carry our luggage up to the fourth floor; otherwise everything was fine.

It was cheap Pics in booking.But they do not show the reality. The appartment doesnt look like in the pics, it is very old, it was not bad but far far away from this how this appartment looks in real
