“Definitely Not a 4-Star Hotel”

The hotel is within walking distance of the city centre and has parking, yet we were disappointed: it’s marketed as a 4‑star but falls far below that level. The rooms are worn, clearly needing a full renovation, and basic housekeeping was lacking. Mold was visible in the shower, spiders were in the bathroom, and even the electrical outlets were dirty. Having stayed in Chisinau many times, we know the local hospitality standards, and this is by far the worst 4‑star hotel we’ve encountered.
