“BED BUGS, Bad Sleep, staff USELESS!”

BED BUGS🪳, horrendous experience!!! There were literally bugs in the bed; I only realized the next morning, but by then it was too late. Days later I came up with horrible bites all over my skin. The hotel didn’t want to help at all; all they want is your money!!! My room had a broken lock, then the next room had BUGS! Useless staff just sit on their phones and are no help, if they are ever around at all. From my experience, I haven’t stayed in a hotel I liked less than this ‘hotel’.

“Tranquillo, comodo”

The hotel sits close to the metro station yet remains quiet. In my room the parquet floor feels far superior to the carpet. The shower water was comfortably hot. I found three large, clean towels and soap for the shower and shampoo. The bed was quite comfortable with fresh, ironed sheets. The reception was remote, which is a first for me at a hotel, but when I called, an attendant answered immediately. The dark carpet covering the stairs needs a thorough cleaning.

“Absolutley disgusting, stay away! Bedbugs, filthy bathroom and no staff in reception”

I never leave reviews, but this place was so terrible that I have to warn others. DO NOT STAY HERE. RUN! This place was an absolute nightmare. There were bedbugs everywhere, and the bathroom was so disgusting that I couldn’t even bring myself to shower or brush my teeth. As a dental nurse, I take oral hygiene seriously, so the fact that I actually skipped brushing my teeth because of the disgusting conditions says everything about how awful this place was. There was nobody at reception, and the phone number was out of service, so there was no one to contact for help. To make matters even worse, I’m now worried that I might have brought bedbugs home with me. No one should have to leave a place like this worrying about infesting their own home. The conditions were absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Save yourself the nightmare and stay somewhere else. You’ve been warned!
