The pension was clean and it was a great night to rest.

The location, right in the center of Benicarló, and the clear, simple check‑in instructions were good; arriving at the apartment had no problems. The furniture in the rooms and the modern, clean bathrooms were fine, and the linens and towels were spotless. However, the mattress in our room, which I read was made of activated carbon, sagged, the drains emitted an unpleasant odor, and the room had an average smell.

Comfort was solid, but the church bells rang all night, the pension is next door, the Wi‑Fi doesn’t work, and the TV signal was very poor.
