The hotel was lovely with very friendly hosts. We stopped here after driving the Transfagarasan highway, traveling from Sibiu towards Bucharest. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is walkable to several restaurants in Curtea de Arges. Our hosts prepared cappuccinos and homemade pastries in the morning.

We arrived late in the evening. We had the silliest request you could possibly make 🤣 – we asked the owners to heat up a frozen pizza we’d bought from a nearby shop in the microwave. It wasn’t a problem for them at all; on top of that, the owner gave us some delicious homemade ketchup and some free water. The room was very clean, the bathroom spotless, and the bed was large and comfortable. The hotel building and garden are lovely, with lots of flowers and sun loungers – it’s a great place to relax, I’d definitely recommend it :) In the morning, the owners wanted to welcome us with coffee (we were busy, in rush and didn’t have time sadly); nevertheless they’re very helpful and lovely, and I feel they do everything they can to make guests feel comfortable. I highly recommend it :) Cannot say anything bad about this place 💜
