The room was very clean and not worn out, the mattress was well preserved, the refrigerator works quietly, and the bathroom is superb. Unfortunately the exhaust fan doesn’t work, so it’s very warm and humid. A small coffee machine would be a nice addition.

No breakfast was provided. The staff lady at the front counter could improve her customer service; her mannerisms and attitude were not top tier. The staff who live on the bottom were arguing night after night, and gunshots were heard in the area. This area definitely needs work.

The place was clean and the room comfortable, and it’s about twenty minutes from downtown San Antonio, but there isn’t much to do around.
