“Well, it is what it is.”

I stayed for one night while traveling, and the host was friendly and the interior design was well thought out. The location was isolated and quiet, but I had to skip breakfast because I didn't have enough cash. My room lacked a window, and sleeping with the door open to the street felt less appealing. A longer cable for the watercooker would be useful, and a note with the Wifi code in the room would help. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for the autumn season.

The breakfast was good, but the bed was too small in both width and length.

The welcome was excellent, the room was beautiful, well furnished and decorated, and the place was calm. The pool was easily accessible, and the homemade breakfast was delicious. Nothing to add.

“Bien mais hors canicule”

I had a small independent studio with access to the owners’ garden and pool. During the heatwave, the studio was not air‑conditioned and had no openings other than the street door, so I couldn't create airflow; only a fan was available. At night, the open door to the outside was unsettling for my wife, and she slept poorly.
