The facilities aren’t bad, but everything else is terrible. Service was awful: from the moment we arrived they tried to charge an extra commission for using the Booking app and wouldn’t honor the price we reserved. I spoke with the manager and it seemed like they were doing us a favor. They gave us the smallest, ugliest room, there was no water, and when we asked for help the sleepy, very rude staff member wouldn’t assist. The next day, when we parked, a truck was locked onto our spot, stuck close behind us, and when I asked the staff if they could move it, they didn’t know who owned it and didn’t help at all. I had to keep looking for the owner who never came out, and because of that I was late to my commitment. All bad, I will never return to that hotel.

I didn’t actually stay because the website claimed there was parking, but there wasn’t; being in an unfamiliar place made me worry about leaving my car exposed. They know they’re wrong about what they offer to attract customers, but they say parking is a public road area with limited spots.

The building’s décor is nice, but at night the terrace is perfect for staying out, yet they told us we couldn’t remain in that space.
