The Blue Sapphire Of Wilpattu

We loved our stay here. The property was well maintained, the bed were comfortable, the aircon worked. The shower was nothing amazing and only a hand held head that got warm, but it was fine. What was the best for us, was the food! They feed you really well. I am a coeliac (gluten free) and have really been struggling, they were the first place that’s really listened and catered for me. We chose to the safari through them to and had a great time

Struttura bellissima a pochi chilometri dal parco di Wilpattu, un po turistica ma perfetta per rilassarsi ed essere comodi per il safari. Sicuramente apprezzata la cena in giardino dato che in zona non ci sono ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi

“2 Nght Wildlife Stopover”

We’re in a spot close to Willpatu NP, so picking up for the safari the next day was a breeze. The place was tidy and clean, AC worked well with a fan as a backup. The host was super friendly, spoke good English and met all our needs. Dinner was fantastic – way more food than we could finish – and breakfast was also provided for the safari. Overall a solid stay, just the bathroom had recently been upgraded to add hot water but the pressure was low, so the shower was slow after a hot day in the safari wagon. Still a good 2‑night visit.

“Very good would recommend”

We liked the view over the rice fields and the accommodation served as a great base for exploring Wilipatu NP. The dinners were tasty and the dining area was nicely set up with lights and music, making the evenings pleasant.
