A great place to stay away from the city center, a quiet and safe area with good restaurants, you can travel by metro and the bus drops you near the hotel, the service was super, I recommend it 100%; nothing bad, everything was fine.

The location was good, but I don’t understand how they got such a high score; it was really dirty, dust everywhere, blankets were filthy, and the host didn’t even tell us how to open the gate, or said to call but never answered.

Every day the room was cleaned, it was spotless, and it’s close to the bus and metro. A few meters from the Vatican and a short walk into the pedestrian zone. I recommend staying next to the Chinese restaurant. The owner was friendly and accommodating, and I would definitely come back. The only downside was that there were more people in the building. Luckily we got a room with its own bathroom and toilet. The kitchen lacked a set of dishes and a pot.

1. Bed is good to sleep in 2. Let us keep our luggage for few hours after check out. There were a quite a lot of things we didn't like at the property 1. The towels were not changed during our stay. So for 2 straight days we used the same towels. No place to dry used wet towels 2. No bath mat was provided, had to use a hand towel which was provided. 3. The kitchen had dirty utensils, when the owner was confronted over chat we were told they were clean in the morning. When I checked the utensils on next day they were still as dirty as they were. Clearly property had different standards for hygiene. 4. Only one kettle is available in the kitchen for use. If that's dirty you have no where to go, couldn't drink morning coffee for 2 straight days at the property. 5. The quilt available in the wardrobe was dirty, had to use the bed linen to cover us at night. 6. The bathroom had a leak under the wash basin. Either the basin was leaking or water coming from another bathroom or kitchen. 7. Breakfast had few toast breads, 2 croissant and 1 sweet tart for 2 people along with jams. Highly disappointing. 8. The curtains provided were Highly transparent and were of not much use

After a while using the air‑conditioning in the room, water started to leak. We also missed having tea for breakfast.
