Nice room, clean and tidy. Long walk to the room. Breakfast was cold, plates were cold, the toaster was broken and not marked as such. There is construction work being done outside the front door.

Cleanliness, tasty breakfasts, good accessibility. There is no fridge or wardrobe in the room. On the morning of the last day we left early, around 6:30 am, so we didn’t receive any packed breakfast. During five days, the staff never emptied the trash bin in our room, and they didn’t vacuum.

The hotel’s location is fairly central in the city. The staff didn’t really guide us on what to see and explore in the area. The bathroom is not very large for a family room. We had to pay for breakfast before we could have it; they didn’t charge the room so we had to pay at the end of our stay.

The bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great for a city break. The room ,especiallythe carpet and the toilet and bath plugs were not clean enough for my liking. Didn't like the fact there was not a small fridge in the room
