King Mas Suit Hotel

“It was wonderful to stay here for the second time and experience this amazing hospitality once again.”

I was thrilled to return for a second stay. Getting here was a breeze, and being within walking distance of countless sights was a huge plus. The newly decorated rooms were spotless and cozy. What really drew me back was the owners’ warm, friendly, and welcoming vibe, always ready to assist with anything. I’d wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone searching for accommodation in Istanbul. Thanks for the fantastic hospitality, and I can’t wait to come back. See you next time!

The staff were friendly and the location was great, close to Kumkapi rail station and plenty of shops. We booked a two‑bedroom apartment with kitchenette for two nights so we could cook on the last night, but upon arrival we were told there was a technical issue and we’d get two small rooms instead. Those rooms were tiny, the bathrooms had a weird layout with the toilet inside the shower cubicle and barely enough space to turn around, no kitchenette, and not even a kettle. We decided to stay in the apartment we’d already booked for an extra night, hoping it would be ready the next day, but it wasn’t, so we only spent 2 hours in the small rooms before heading to the airport. I didn’t give it a very low score because the staff seemed genuine and apologetic, did their best to offer an alternative, and I think they’re a new operation with teething problems. I hope they sort everything out soon. The stairs are quite steep and not ideal for anyone with mobility issues; the banisters/rails need immediate attention.

The location is great, right next to public transport and a lot of historic sights, so everything was easy to get to and the area was very convenient. The place was clean, comfortable, and I highly recommend it! 😊

“Spotlessly clean streets, a spotless hotel, and a team available 24/7 to make sure we were happy. In one word amazin”

I’m writing this as a traveler who’s stayed in many hotels over the years, and I have to say the warmth and quality of service here truly exceeded my expectations. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and from the moment I checked in, they were serviced daily—an important detail for me. The bathroom was practical and the shower was a good standard size. The hairdryer worked very well, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The stairs were wide and made it easy to reach the upper floor. Although the space felt a little narrow to me personally, it wasn’t a problem at all, and I think the design is also very suitable for larger guests. Reception staff Mr. Özgür and Mr. Hanifi were always available and incredibly helpful, regularly asking if I needed anything and happily answering all my questions about the area. In terms of value for money, this place is outstanding. It’s within walking distance of Hagia Sophia and Sultanahmet Square, and the seaside promenade is just a couple of streets away, making it perfect for a relaxing walk. It was a wonderful experience, and I want to thank the entire team for their hospitality and professionalism. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Istanbul.
