Check‑in was quick and easy, and the room matched the description. There was a lot of loitering in the parking lot, some charging outlets were completely inoperable, and we received no refund or credit for early check‑out (we booked two rooms for four days but only needed the extra room for one of those days).

“Won’t come here again”

The front lady was rude. I didn’t expect to have to bring ID for a child; she kept eye‑rolling and looking him up and down. I’ve never had that experience before and don’t feel comfortable returning. The room floor was wet/damp, as if someone had just showered and didn’t clean up in time, leaving a trail from the shower to the room entrance.
