The hotel is great with a direct link to the underground train (it literally has its own exit from the station). It’s right in the middle of everything and a short walk to shops and cultural sights; breakfast was great and the staff were very attentive. Nothing comes to mind.

The services are worthy of a five‑star hotel, right from the welcome by the luggage handlers. The staff were very attentive at breakfast and the desserts for the afternoon tea were wonderful.

The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever had, and the staff went out of their way to help. The only downside was that if you wake up in the middle of the night the light in the room turns on.

The hotel blew us away; it exceeded every expectation we had. We didn’t have to leave the subway because the station has a direct entrance to the hotel, and the staff showed us that on floor 1 there’s a convenience store right inside the building. The rooms are huge, surpassing typical Japanese standards, and the view from each one is spectacular. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and when we ran into internet issues the team fixed it instantly with modems. The décor and interior work are stunning. Out of the four hotels we visited during our trip to Japan, this one is by far the best; we’re already planning to stay here again and left feeling very happy and relaxed.
