Friendly staff, pool area was nice and clean. The air conditioning wasn’t working, they did switch my room but was told if the current room air didn’t work then it would be nothing else they could do for the type of room that I had. The new room the 2nd bed was broken and tilted, when I alerted front desk the clerk didn’t seem too concerned about it

After being put in two rooms at both stunk like mildew and mold or dirty laundry with both rooms having a window shade that would not open and the front desk being indifferent I ended up going somewhere else

The hotel itself was pretty nice and our room was clean, but the TV didn't work. The property is located in a great area, yet we were disappointed to find our car, along with several others, broken into overnight, which really dampened our trip. The morning staff were friendly, bringing bags to cover our windows and a broom to clean the glass from the car. Unfortunately, the night staff weren't very friendly and the TV issue remained unresolved.

Everything was great: the room, the quiet surroundings. The only downside was that there was no early check‑in option.
