I liked the beds, the room was spotless, and the staff were very attentive, but the pool was shut down during my stay.

The floors above were noisy, curtains wouldn’t close properly, the shower felt odd, the TV was unbearably loud no matter what I tried, and the staff wouldn’t help me switch rooms for better comfort.
