“Hotel dobry lecz nie wrócę tam przez podejście zarządu do gości”

The décor is modern and the place is very clean, but the hotel management seems to joke with guests. A party was happening in the restaurant, people were laughing, shouting, and swearing. The music could be heard throughout the entire hotel, and the only thing the management offered was a free breakfast. It feels like a slight mockery, especially since when I called reception (I had no problem with the gentleman who answered), I heard that the party was going on and nothing could be done.

I’m not sure where to start. Right from the beginning, the approach to the hotel was poorly marked and you have to drive on an unpaved road. When I received my room, I was disappointed because it didn’t match the booking photos. The description promised towels, but there were none. Another issue was a party going on downstairs. Even though I stayed on the second floor, I couldn’t sleep until late at night because everything was carried into the room. The hotel’s nighttime silence was not respected at all, and the large gaps in the doors didn’t help. Throughout the night, hallway conversations could be heard, which not only disturbed my stay but also other guests who complained about the loud screams and laughter at night.

Very clean, nice staff, but the location isn’t great.

It reminded me of 80s camps. More like an OPS facility, and if it’s a hotel, it feels like a workers’ lodge. The bathrooms, the door to the room, and the paper walls were all bad.

I liked that it was far from the city noise, but the sewage pipe ran through the room, the doors were old, and the kitchen was separate.
