The location, air conditioning, mattress, and window sash were fine, but the building corridor had a bad smell, the parquet floor was badly worn, the bed linens had stains, and the bathroom was cramped.

The room had air conditioning and a fridge, but the shower was broken, there was no curtain on the balcony door (too much morning light), the trim finishes were unfinished, the old doors let any noise through, and the balcony was very dirty. Check‑in had to be done 150 m away, not 50 m as advertised.
