We stayed here at the very end of the season, when the hotel was already quieting down. The experience was truly unique. Mark was a very pleasant and warm host, and we could chat about life and the world in peace. Customer service was exceptionally personal and enjoyable. The hotel itself is an experience and stands out from modern chain hotels with its authenticity, atmosphere, and friendliness. The drive through forests and impressive rock formations to the hotel is an experience. The surroundings, scenery, and views from the balconies are amazing. The wooden‑heated sauna left a strong impression, where we could be alone and relaxed. After swimming and sauna, we could relax without a rush, sometimes refreshing outside on a beautiful August evening amid spectacular scenery, without needing to check the clock. I’ve stayed in many hotels in my life, but I’ve never had an experience like this. I usually don’t write hotel reviews, but this time I had to make an exception. A very strong recommendation if you want something entirely different from the basic chain hotel bulk and appreciate personality, authenticity, atmosphere, and genuine hospitality. No keycards here; we go the traditional way with just keys. Thanks Mark for a fantastic experience 😄
