“Anniversario di matrimonio rovinato”

I arrived at the hotel and found there was no physical reception; we were left outside because the key code was never given to us. Thankfully, other guests helped us sort it out. The next morning, a rude lady refused to serve us breakfast even though we had paid, claiming the breakfast time was 9 am, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere. We arrived at 9 and 5 minutes and the breakfast was awful. I strongly advise against staying here; the only redeeming factor was the room’s cleanliness.

The staff at the bar were friendly in the evening, but the rooms feel old and the mattresses are sagging.

Parking is included in the price, there’s a decent selection of pastries at the breakfast buffet, and the lift works. However, during breakfast there weren’t enough seats covered and no staff in the dining area, so we had to set our own cutlery. The décor is 1980s style, there are no toothbrush cups or glasses in the bathroom, and the minibar lacks a mini‑fridge, kettle, or tea/coffee bags.
