The room was spotless and the walk to the river was charming, giving us a calm spot to enjoy the diverse birdlife; however, the bed made a noticeable squeak and a cutlery drawer in the kitchen would have helped locate utensils, and a booklet with Wi‑Fi passwords and checkout steps would have been handy.
