The staff were extremely unprofessional and rude towards me. The receptionist, Alejandro, refused to contact the manager and called the police instead when I insisted on speaking to someone in charge. I also had to pay €430 for an extra night because my flight was cancelled. Despite paying for the additional night, staff entered my room without my consent and shouted at me, insisting that I had to check out. The pictures on the website are misleading and do not accurately represent the actual condition of the property. The place is extremely noisy and uncomfortable, making it a very unpleasant experience overall. I would not recommend staying here
