The hotel’s location works perfectly for trips out of Killarney and for business, and it’s close to Gleneagle Arena. The bathroom sink taps look a bit old‑fashioned, like English style.

The place was spacious and well suited for a small baby. Everything else was fine, no complaints.

The hotel is lovely. It was far too warm.

The location is great with fabulous views, and breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. Everything else was also excellent.

The staff were very friendly, and the location was ideal for me. The strip light above the bathroom mirror didn’t work; I asked reception to fix it, but after 14 hours it was still broken. I would have liked breakfast included at the price I paid.
