The location is great in the heart of Georgetown, and the facilities are excellent. The room was spacious with a queen bed, comfortable bed and pillows, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The staff were helpful, the furniture and décor were brand new, and I loved everything about the property. I would definitely recommend it to others and would love to stay again. The pool and gym were amazing, with a fantastic view, and I also enjoyed the bilabila store where I bought a tuna sandwich and almond chocolate every morning. I couldn’t find anything to complain about.

The place is very clean and the air conditioning is adequately cold.

The accommodation is nice and comfortable, although the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly. The service was the worst in years: they charge you for luggage storage and then don’t let you use the pool after you check out at 11 am. I’ve worked in hotels and have seen similar situations, but they also didn’t clean the room throughout our stay. We waited a long time in the lobby before heading to the airport, and it felt like they wanted us gone. I won’t return.

The location is good, considered prime. However, the lobby smelled quite bad, probably due to poor ventilation. The floor in the room was a little sticky, and the fan was quite noisy.
