Good location and pleasant decor etc. There was no hot water at the property and we were not advised on arrival. We complained on departure and were refused any compensation. The staff advised there had been no hot water for over 1 week and that they had no idea when it would be fixed. Accounts manager eventually offered some compensation then tried to give me less than promised. The management tried to make out the water was our problem and that we should have asked when we booked in
